For individual travelers, room reservations can be made in real-time through our website or mobile app.

Cancellation or Changes Made 4 Days Before the Check-in Date: No penalty.
Cancellation or Changes Made 2 to 3 Days Before the Check-in Date: 30% of the total rate.
Cancellation and change the day before your stay: 50% of the total fee
Cancellation and change on the day of stay: 100% of the total fee

Group accommodation and conference room reservations can be made by submitting the application form after a telephone consultation.

Hostel site visits can be arranged after making a reservation over the phone, but only for groups with a confirmed booking.
(Visits without a reservation are not allowed.)

Cancellation or Changes Made 30 Days or More Before the Check-in Date: No penalty.
Cancellation or Changes Made 29 to 16 Days Before the Check-in Date: 10% of the total charges.
Cancellation or Changes Made 15 to 8 Days Before the Check-in Date: 20% of the total fee.
Cancellation or Changes Made 7 to 4 Days Before the Check-in Date: 50% of the total fee.
Same-Day Cancellation or Changes Made 3 Days or Less Before the Check-in Date: 100% of the total fee.
Note: If reservations need to be canceled or if the hotel's operations are restricted due to climate changes, natural disasters, infectious diseases, or other reasons beyond the hotel's control, the hotel's penalty regulations will apply.

Minor reservations can only be made with a guardian who holds Korean nationality. Please contact us by e-mail.

Outside of operating hours, you can be informed through the call of the on-call staff.

Check-in: From 03:00PM to Midnight
Check-out: By 11:00AM
If you arrive after midnight, please enter through the back gate as the main gate will be closed.
Late Check-out Fee: 11,000 KRW per hour, with a maximum extension of 2 hours (including VAT).
Please inform us in advance if you wish to request a late check-out, as additional fees will apply for any delays beyond the designated check-out time.

Smoking and drinking are prohibited inside the Hi seoul Youth Hostel building.
Dogs and flammable substances are not allowed in the rooms.
Please avoid creating disturbances that may inconvenience other guests and facility users.
Violations of these rules may result in cancellation of your rental and forfeiture of any payments made.
In the event of damage to facilities or property, restoration to its original state or compensation will be required based on current market prices.
Furniture and fixtures should not be moved to other rooms; any items moved will be considered lost.
Standard room slippers should not be worn outside the room.
Please refrain from using or moving internal facilities after 10:00 PM.
After midnight, the main gate (by the roadway) will be closed for safety. Please use the back gate (by the parking lot) on the 1st floor.
When checking out, please leave equipment in place and dispose of any garbage in the designated area (front entrance).
Check-out time is 11:00 AM the following day. If you exceed the check-out time, you must obtain prior approval and pay an overtime fee (KRW 11,000 per hour).
Guests under the age of 24 are not allowed to stay in the room alone.
The lead (teacher, director) must provide guidance on safety, noise, and other matters until check-out.
Please return your room key to the front desk upon check-out.
For group check-outs, collect all room keys and return them to the front desk together.

Log in to the website - Check your reservation details - Select [Cancel] (You will need to confirm the cancellation).
Once you cancel online, you should receive a text message and an email automatically. If you do not receive these notifications, please check your reservation status again.
